Indian food of the week…again

This week’s Indian meal was enlivened by methi (fenugreek leaves) being available at the shop.  It was not so visually exciting, unfortunately.  I made sweet-sour moong dal, cabbage vepudu, baingan ka bharta (aubergine/eggplant and peas), methi gobhi matar (fenugreek leaves, cauliflower and peas) and fenugreek seed khitchri (pilaf).indian
