Mediterranean-Style Vegan Wrap

wrap For this I took a large Turkish wrap, spread it with fresh homemade hummus, then added toppings: corn, grated raw carrot, steamed broccoli, sweet peppers panfried with red onion, baked aubergine/eggplant, tomato, and courgette/zucchini panfried with fresh rosemary.
