Some evenings I want a simple but satisfying meal. A cheese platter with a glass of ruby port suits me.
Here I have whole wheat crackers, Guinness cheddar, porter, Cashel blue, and apple.
I love the port cheese and Guinness cheddar. Problem is I could easily eat the whole block!
I have eaten blocks of port cheese. That is why I haven’t bought it for some time (posts are prepared in advance). It’s just too tasty!
