Brussels Sprouts with Tahini Dressing

Posted on

I used this recipe for the concept, but boiled the sprouts for 5.5 minutes instead of microwaving them. I substituted the dried cranberries for dried cherries. I made the dukkah using almonds and pinenuts along with sesame seeds, coriander, and cumin.

I did not really care for the dish, but fortunately the person I was making it for did. I think I have to conclude that I simply do not like sprouts boiled, only stir-fried or roasted, and I do not like them with lemon juice. The person who was tasting them likes the classic recipes for sprouts and this was a good variation along those lines.
