I don’t create a lot of recipes but I do make many dishes I haven’t made before from a wide variety of sources. Some recipes become instant favourites and part of my regular rotation, while many are not bad, but probably won’t be made again. Of course my ratings are entirely subjective and incorporate whatever modifications I may have made to the original recipe. I categorize dishes as:

  1. Delicious – It will become part of my regular rotation
  2. Tasty – I will probably make it again
  3. Fine – I may make it again, but with modifications
  4. Okay – I probably won’t make it again for some time
  5. So-so – I’m unlikely to make this again
  6. Bad – I will never make this again
